Live the experience. Capture the experience. Share the experience

This is an adventure designed to reveal Botswana's abundant wildlife and staggeringly diverse ecosystems. Experience the best photographic opportunities in Africa!

Day 1

After collecting the rental vehicle we will make our way through to the Thlokweng Border Post and into Gaborone to shop for our supplies for the next 10 days. After shopping we will head through to the Machuni Game Reserve for the evening.

Day 2 & 3

We will leave our camp fairly early in the morning to make our way up to the Khutse Game Reserve at the southern tip of the Central Kalahari. We will spend the next 2 nights here at the Molosi Water Hole. This is a primitive style camp with no facilities. The first of many rustic camps on our adventure.

Day 4

On the forth Morning we will head through to one of the most remote areas of the reserve known as Bape. This camp site is once again rustic and situated in the centre of this 5.8 Million hectare game reserve. The remoteness of this overnight camp is the biggest attraction.

Day 5 & 6

The following morning after a breakfast and packing up of camp we will head through to the Piper Pans region in the north of the reserve. The terrain difference in the part allows for a more diverse and higher density of game.

Day 7

After packing up camp we will move across to Deception Valley to spend some time here before we leave the reserve.

Day 8 & 9

This is the last morning in the Central Kalahari and from here we make our way down to the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, this sanctuary is one of the only places in Botswana that you are guaranteed to see Rhino. Here we will spend the next 2 nights in accommodation allowing you to freshen up before we head back to Johannesburg.

Day 10

After leaving Khama Rhino Sanctuary we will make our way back to Johannesburg through the Martins Drift Border Post.

Packing For Your Trip

When packing for your trip remember that a lot of the journey is in remote areas were supplies are not available.
This is particularly important when packing prescription medication and other essential items before departing. There are ATM machines in most major town but it is advisable to carry cash for emergency situations.
